USA Dear Pres. Clinton:       The world today is looking for possible causes of Cancer and AIDS. Incidentally, I have discerned the causal patterns for these two dreaded diseases [Cancer and AIDS] and other recurring diseases. They are found in my six books on healing. My six books present these antitheses to the scientific world for their humanization and affordable therapeutic procedures.       First, Natural healing[ immunity system] is the gift of the Lord to every mankind so no disease is incurable and hereditable.       Second, 200 cases of cancer as well as serious viral infections [polio, hepatitis,etc.] being caused only and solely by mild misalignment in the Armpit [humerus].       Third, Confirmation of the causal pattern of cancer automatically solves AIDS problem.       Fourth, recurring diseases [diabetes, migraine, arthritis, sinusitis, etc.] are caused merely by lesions in the circulatory system due to some obstructions of the mild bone misalignment.       Fifth, these causal patterns [mild bone misalignment] are missing in the medical books; consequently, not being studied, and unfortunately, no invention/research to date to that direction.       I am enclosing one of my books CANCER FEAR NOT as well as relevant letters to our Secretary of Health, and to the University of South Florida. Cebu City November 17, 1998 Subject: A Report to the President re: Discernment and Discoveries of the Causes of Diseases. Pres. Joseph Ejercito Estrada Office of the President Malacanang Palace, Manila,Metro Manila Your Excellency:       As reminder during your campaign period in Cebu City, I have given you two of my healing books. Hopefully, you read them. As a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, I am making of record that the causes of cancer, HIV and other viral infections are already discovered- merely immunological problems of special defective persons- those with misaligned armpit and groin.       Likewise, all diseases, to include obesity, arthritis, etc. are also caused by misalignment. The cure is correctible realignment. Incidentally, these incurable defects [misalignment] are caused by sin, pride and ignorance but the causes and cure of the recurrent and incurable diseases of our time. No doctor can refute this theory for no one has studied, tested and experimented it. If they would humanize the theory, it would take 5 to 20 years to perfect the same. But I am willing to demonstrate and coordinate with any of them for the sake of the health of the Filipinos and for a Filipino to discover the suggested surgical realignment by way of humanizing the cure of the diseases of our time.       Regrettaby, no Filipino scientist /doctor is interested in humanizing the "Misalignment Theory." Since seeing is believing, I have a 5-minute commentary of my theory-" Misalignment Theory" in a religious program entitled "Realigning Touch of Faith" [Part II of the "Katin-awan sa Pagtoo"], Channel 9, RPN, every Sunday at 2:00-2:30 P.M. In said TV program, I am conducting distant divine healing[TV] for the poor [willing to undergo spiritual cleansing - i.e., confession ]and who cannot afford the cost of medicine and hospitalization in line with your program- help the poor.        Perhaps, the government is interested in this: addiction and criminality are preventable by good child care for they are caused by specific misalignment at the back of a particular person [between left scapular bone and the spinal column], that makes him prone to addiction by defect and to commit heinous and serial crimes. If the government is interested on the specific causal patterns you can write me and/ or request for demonstration to prove my "Misalignment Theory which is new, revolutionary and unpredecented to science.       Thank You.
