About the Author and Proposer of this Misalignment Theory
 Backgrounder
Humble Beginning.
The author was born in Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines on June 18, 1939[Sunday]. His deceased parents, Quinciano Riego Ramirez [died last Dec. 25, 1964] and Patrocenio C. Vilbar [died last June 14,1996].
He is the eldest of the nine children: Efren, Celso, Lorenzo, Aurora Ramirez-Hosain [California, USA], Rosario Ramirez-Uy [Baybay, Leyte] Corazon [Sister JoeEllen, FIFC. Baybay, Leyte], Lucita Ramirez-Castro, Aida Ramirez-Jones [Spokane, Washington, USA] and Rev. Fr. Mario V. Ramirez, [Church of St. John Newman 1380 Arthur Kill Rd. Station Island, New York - 10312 Email: yongex83@email.ms.com].
His Family.- His wife is Dr. Mercedes Dayao-Alba of Tandag, Surigao del Sur [Graduate School Professor, Cebu Normal University, Cebu City] and their marriage last June 21, 1968 being blessed with four children: Efren, Jr., Ronald, Rosalie and Rachel. His three (3) grandchildren: Rishiel Ann D. Ramirez, Kiara Minellie Rodriguez Ramirez and Kent David Rodriguez Ramirez.

Graduated Valedictorian, Hilongos Elementary School, Hilongos, Leyte in 1952 and Valedictorian, Hilongos High School , Hilongos, Leyte in 1956.
Graduated his Pre-law with highest Honor [A.A. USJ-R, Cebu City ,1958] and graduated Magna cum laude [LLB, University of San Jose-Recoletos, Cebu City] in 1962. Medalist, orator and debater in his student days.

The Charismatic: Its Early Years
When the author first joined the Charismatic movement way back in the last week of August 1987, he expected himself to be involved in the field of "evangelization" where his forte and love is "lecturing." That personal expectation has basis at that time, his being a professor of law and political sciences since 1963 in the University of San Jose-Recoletos [USJ-R, Cebu City] and his being an author of several books used in several schools in the Philippines.
However, there is truism to the saying that "man proposes, God disposes" inasmuch as, his expectation did not materialize.
The Lord has then a different plan for him. One week from that seminar ["Life in the Holy Spirit Seminar"] the gift of healing began then to manifest. It started this way. He was then watching TV one evening while waiting for his blind masseur to do his periodic massage for he was very tired at that time, feeling some bodily pain especially, he just arrived from out-of-own lawyering. The blind masseur did not arrive. So he began to touch the various parts of his body where he felt the pain remembering the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit and the words of their speaker in the seminar at that time, Mr. Dodong Villarta: "Anyone can heal."
Surprisingly, after that mild touch the pain instantly disappeared and he felt at that time a relaxful and wonderful feeling.
The "Gift" Not Welcome
Initially, the author is "reluctant about the gift." He prayed to the Lord that very night asking he should be given another gift for had a feeling at that time that lawyering and healing are incompatible and worst, he would be making himself vulnerable to a law suit for "illegal practice of medicine."
Morever, he could also picture the conditions of the patients, the offensive odors, the blood, the filthy surroundings, the ghostly sight of the "dying patients" and the worries of their families. Too much for him to bear and most likely with that surrounding circumstances he would eventually be endangering his own health for he would likely lose his appetite for days and perhaps, for weeks. When he meditated for spiritual guidance and using the Bible for his reply and guidance the message is clear:
"... It was not you who chose me,
it was I who chose you
to go forth and bear fruit.
Your fruit must endure.
so that all you ask the Father
in my name
He will give you. [John 15:16].
The author knows that a lot of his Charismatic brothers and sisters are praying for this spiritual gift of healing. Anyone in his situation would therefore welcome that unexpected, initial gift.
As backgrounder and to explain the author's initial reluctance- when he graduated his high school [secondary course in Hilongos High School, Hilongos, Leyte] in 1956 his first choice was to be a doctor of medicine. He hated lawyers. But that ambition of his was already a frustration at its inception.
First, the financial condition of the family would not permit because his parents were both jobless and not propertied and his one-year scholarship [as valedictorian] would not make a good start for the medical course.
Second, he could not stand the sight of blood and the offensive odor of any kind for he would likely lost his appetite. As proof: being the eldest of the nine children, he had not cleaned any of his brothers and sisters. Moreover, he had not done any cleaning of his own children for aforestated reason.
His uncle ["Tete Tolen", Nicolas Tolentino, the youngest brother of his father] gave him a good, practical, reasonable and compromising advice: first, be a lawyer and second, fulfill your medical dream by marrying a doctor at the earliest opportunity.
The author following that course of action graduated his law in 1962 [ USJ-R, formerly, Colegio de San Jose-Recoletos, Magna cum laude through scholarship and as working student] and passed the 1962 Bar Examination on January 23, 1963. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar on February 5,1963.
When he married in 1968 the crucial point was: his undying love for a second year HE student [University of San Carlos, Cebu City] or his full-fledge doctor sweetheart [University of Santo Tomas, Manila] by way of fulfilling his life-time dream to marry a doctor. He, however, opted for "love" as his foremost marital consideration. His wife presently, is a "doctor" [Cebu State College, now, Cebu Normal University, Cebu City, class 1986] not in "medicine" but in "education."
Back to the subject of healing, the author's questionable appetite was easily taken care of. Last November 1987 after the morning mass in Lourdes Parish, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, he was requested to pray over an old woman who was in bed for the last three years. Her room was single and filthy. It was also odorous because it served as her comfort room["toilet"]. After the pray over and encounter, to the great surprise of the author, he had a hearty breakfast at that time and since then he was no longer bothered by his appetite . " Praise the Lord!". Amen!
In 1987- 1988 the Charismatic healing seminars were "suspended". In December 1987 he was appointed Head of the Healing Ministry of CCRM, Lourdes Parish. So the author resorted to self-study and in the process he wrote a compilation book about spiritual healing in 1988 entitled: "Healing" As Spiritual [Divine]Gift." The book was deliberately shelved for publication in 1988 and the shelving was with a purpose: could it be supported by "actual "charismatic healing?
Incidentally, that book was published in 1996 being delayed by the required "Imprimatur."
Author's Fruitful Apostolic Encounter
In his healing ministry the author is using two methods:
First, the traditional orthodox method known commonly as the "pray over" [or laying on of hands] resulting the prayed person to go down [ie. "slain in the Holy Spirit"] in the process.
Second, the touch or contact method, as alternative spiritual healing, using the "special gift" from above.
The author required strict processing in the pray over but not so strict when the touch method is being availed of. With the exception of healing of the family tree, all forms of spiritual [divine] healing and deliverance being resorted to, to those who come willingly to receive the spiritual gift of healing in the Lourdes Parish Church at Punta Princesa, Cebu City or elsewhere. However, healing the new and old sprain/bone misalignment or dislocation seems to be very special gift from the Lord to the author. This has been the personal view or interpretation of the author of such special gift because the accompanying healing is miraculous, instant and extendible to others- for non-Catholics and other separated brothers and sisters. Healing of the "incurable bone problem" is a "free gfit" from the Lord to all who come for healing. Incidentally, the author is the only one using such method- touch- for others involved in Charismatic heaoing ministry prefer the standard pray over [laying on of hands]. For said reason the author is justifying the spiritual/divine method as: "Touch, An Alternative Spiritual Healing."
Low Regard to “Hilot” [Chiropractic Method/Therapy]
Personally, and previously, the author had very low regard for the "hilot"[ local chiropractor] for he preferred medication, and prescription from licensed doctors. Manifesting pride and spiritual weakness he felt insulted during one healing session when his Charismatic brothers and sisters were calling him "manghihilot" because somebody was "looking for him" as "manghihilot" [bone minder/fixer/local chiropractor]. That night he prayed to the Lord asking Him if it were "hilot" when he pointed his finger on the affected area. And if so, why "hilot" when as lawyer he deserved higher gifts or category of healing, perhaps, cancer or other malignant diseases. When he closed his eyes for meditation/contempation and he waited for His message and guidance at that time. His message the way the author understood or interpreted it, was should you insist on the "few" when that gift you could help "many."
For author's own satisfaction he consulted "local manghihilot" and made him "verify" if his sole finger "touch" were actually "spiritual/divine touch" or "hilot". And the author made also an inquiry if an old sprain or bone misalignment more than one year is still "curable." As to the second query, he answered the author that the bone misalignment or sprain after one year is already "incurable" and he told the author jokingly. "usban kag piang para ayohon" [you will be inflicted a new fracture or sprain on the same place to cure it]. At that time he was treating a man experiencing a severe pain in the left arm. The author pointed to him the "area" of defect that "caused" it. He checked it and declared that the area had an old bone misalignment. The author pointed his finger on the specific area and prayed for a cure of "realignment" in Jesus name. The patient suddenly felt an "electrifying pain" and the pain disappeared instantly, following that mild touch. A rechecked confirmed the healing and the patient could move already his arm in any direction with ease. Then this manghihilot commented: "kung ako pa kana attorney maayo unta" [interpretation: "How I wish attorney, it would be mine"].
Since then the author has valued that special gift from the Lord and sharing to those willing to come and avail it. Personally, the author found more than 15 dislocations, scattered in various parts of his body discovered by four local hilots], one of them [sternum] causing him to suffer mild asthma in December 1994 for the first time when he was 55 years old.[It recurred in July 1997]. The author had also crooked teeth, "thumb arthritis" [gout] and spinal colum problems. With the availment of that special gift of touch from the Lord, they are all past "tense". Praise the Lord!, Amen.
Active Ministry of the Author
Author's apostolate between 1988 to 1993 was limited due to his teaching and practice of law. Moreover, very few were making request for healing for two reasons. One, on the part of his co-professionals they are "skeptical" about it and majority of them are hesitant to undergo reconciliation/processing by way of spiritual cleansing; henceforth, their requested pray over being withheld in most cases. On the part of the less privilege in life, they are also hesitant to make such request fearing the anticipated rejection due to author's professional time. As remedial step and in most cases, the author attended prayer meetings and share to the attending members this gift. Thereafter, the author received several invitations. In the later part of 1993 the author was invited by Bro. Ben Garcia, the perennial President of the Catholic Healing Ministry of the Philippines to attend the 1993 October Convention and made himself available for any post. He did participate and perhaps his time had come for was elected Regional Chairman for the Central Visayas covering the provinces of Cebu,. Bohol, Negros Oriental, Siquijor and Masbate. He also conducted several seminars and healing sessions in various parts of the Philippines- Hilongos, Leyte [more than ten times],Bato, Leyte, Mambajao, Camiguin, Catarman, Northern Samar, Bontoc, Southern Leyte [3 times], Sogod, Cebu [3 times], Liloan, Cebu, Garcia-Hernandez, Bohol, Calape, Bohol, Talibon, Bohol, Trinidad Bohol [2 times], Jetafe, Bohol, Carcar, Cebu [ 5 times], Sibonga, Cebu, San Fernando, Cebu [4 times], Minglanilla, Cebu, Talisay, Cebu [3 times],Tabunoc, Talisay, Cebu [4 times], Dumaguete City [2 times],Bacolod City [4 times], Bais City, Ormoc City [4 times], Baybay, Leyte [2 times], Liloan, So. Leyte; Tagbilaran City [3 times], Tacloban City [2 times], Davao City [4 times], Maasin City, So. The healing sessions involved between 50 persons to more than 3,000. Biggest was in Gingoog City and Butuan City with more than 3,000, followed by Trinidad, Bohol with 1,000, Davao City and Malaybalay City, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, Binalbagan , Negros Occidental and Sibonga, Cebu with more than 700 participants.
During the healing sessions it is being observed that 85% are instant [miraculous] healing. Goiters and cysts disappeared within the span of 1 to 5 minutes, Instant healing are also noted for sufferers of dysmenorrhea, migraine, sinusitis, hyperacidity, arthritis,etc. Instant healing are also noted in cancer cases. The author, however, cannot name names to protect the confidentiality of the patients and also he was not able to obtain their consent for publication of their names. But anyone is free to verify the authenticity of what is being written /published in this Website as they can approach them personally for referral and verification. Also several video footages are kept by the author for future reference and inspection by any believer/s or unbeliever/s.
The Revealed Causal Patterns
It was in the healing sessions in various parts of the Philippines that the recurrent and incurable diseases suffered by the majority of our brothers and sisters with no visible/permanent cure medically[syndromes]are revealed to be caused by some incurable but correctible defects [mild misalignment/dislocation] in the human body.
Significantly, each disease shows specific bone/muscle misalignment and accordingly, a specific causal pattern being established in the body. The "uniformity" of these causal patterns with accompanying healing prompted the author to send informative letters to the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines and to the Department of Health. The letters were followed by his first book "TOUCH: AN ALTERNATIVE SPIRITUAL HEALING [Physical Healing for Incurable Diseases]" 1995 edition.. Copies of this book being sent to WHO [Geneva, Switzerland] and to selected embassies for transmittal to their respective Health Department/Ministries. When the appropriate departments and agencies did not response to the request the author wrote another book for men of science to verify and humanize the causal patterns of cancer and other syndromes.
By verifying the pointed causal patterns noted during the healing session by the men of science will be everything to gain, nothing to lose.
Can the causal patterns pass the test?
Yes.
First, the causal patterns carry with them instant or gradual healing during his personally conducted healing sessions. Our God is the God of truth; hence, the absence of error.
Second, the specific causal patterns are universally true to all: felt by all, not only by Catholics but also non-Catholics, Protestants, Muslim and atheists/non-believers.
Third, God is a God of order; hence, the certitude and precision of the location of the causal patterns in the
human body.
Fourth, the causal patterns are likely to be confirmed because they are the lost curable methods previously revealed to mankind and what should be eliminated are those where the sources are human, not God.
Fifth, the effects of the causal patterns caused by misalignment/dislocation on the circulatory or lymphatic system are analogous to the established medical causes for circulatory disturbances: abnormalities of organs, damaged organs, cholesterol, blood clot and hemorrhage.
Author: His Healing Ministry
Charismatic healing is differentiated from faith or psychic healing on the point of emphasis. Healing is the primary concern of the faith healers and psychic healers. Often times they resorted to "fakery" to attain it and to impress their patients. On the other hand, healing is merely secondary to the Charismatic involved in the healing ministry for the sick. Evangelization and conversion are the primordial pre-requisites for charismatic/divine healing .This explain the context of the author's books, write-ups and this Website: 80% evangelization and conversion and only 20% about healing.
As noted, Jesus' Healing Ministry during His sojourning days on earth was accompanied by "preaching" for He made each work of healing an "occasion for planting divine principles" in the mind and soul.
A lot of author's professional friends[circles] did not understand this point and the charismatic "way of healing." Their approach/attitude is likened to a situation when they are approaching and seeking the medical services. Expectedly, many requested for healing and when confronted with their relation to God and neighbors, the frequency of their confessions, the observance of the ten commandments and other sacraments,etc.- "the processing stage" or "cleansing process" [identical to diagnostic history required in medical and normal healing], by way of evangelization and conversion-- they left and never to be seen again. In our healing ministry we need a priest to administer the sacrament of penance/reconciliation. Incidentally, this has been the advantage of some priests involved and committed in the healing ministry over other charismatic [laity]to include herein author for the priests can counsel [processing stage/cleansing stage], minister the sacrament of reconciliation and thereafter minister the orthodox pray over.
Often times the requesting party who admitted to have not attended Sunday mass,etc. and when advised to undertake the
sacrament of penance by way of spiritual cleansing would readily retort that he has no sin at all and he has nothing to confess. The Lord has a ready answer for that:
"If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves
and truth is not in us" [John 1:8-9].
For those adopting this presumptuous attitude of "no sin, no confession" we are left with no alternative but deny his request by withholding the requested pray over until further compliance. Basically and foremost, if medical healing needs diagnostic records, drugs and surgery then spiritual [divine] healing as its counterpart needs "spiritual cleansing" [penance/communion].
Why No Healing In Special Cases
In rare cases, we have observed to our great surprise that there are some daily communicants prayed over/touched spiritually but no observable healing taking place. On the other hand, there are cases from our point of view that no healing is expected due to some problems [i.e., separated/broken marriages] nevertheless, some spiritual healing been received/experienced.
These contrasting situations are being understood in the light of the following explanation:
First, God's healing is subject to His time- in "His time", in "Lord's tempo" which may be categorized into three: instant [miraculous], gradual and natural.
Second, God is the "initiator" in the healing encounter. " You have not chosen me, I have chosen you" [John 15:16]; "The Spirit breathes where he wills"[John 3:8]; henceforth, the Spirit is not bound by any event, by any social situation or by any man for He could not be manipulated by them. Scripturally,
For my thoughts are not your
thoughts,
nor are your ways my ways,
says the Lord.
As high as the heaven are above
the earth,
so high are my ways above your
ways
and my thoughts above your
thoughts [Isaiah 55:8-9].
And Jesus teaches us to say: "Thy will be done..." not- "My will be done, Oh Lord..."
Third, He decides that healing should be based on "natural healing" process; hence, subject to the time frame of the healing system [natural healing] of man [actually no spiritual healing or intervention being noticed].
Fourth, no healing is possible for it is the end of man's earthly time [There is an appointed time for everything.... and a time to die; "(Ecclesiastes 3: 1-2)]. As far as God is concerned no man dies a premature death." Thus, as commented:
"Physical death is a definite break with everything that is earthly and the beginning of a much higher form of existence. This is a painful separation which causes considerable sorrow in the bereaved. However, too much hopeless mourning is not proper. It shows a lack of faith in God and his merciful providence.
Nothing in this world happens by chance or by accident as far as God is concerned. Good things are willed by God for us and evil or pain and sorrow are allowed by Him because through them, eventually some good come to us [i.e., spiritual reminder]. Jesus has told us that not even a hair from our heads falls to the ground without the knowledge of the Father. That being so, we should know that NO ONE DIES A PREMATURE DEATH. When one dies it could be because God willed to call him to himself at that very moment or God allows him to die in the circumstances of his death because it is his time and it will be good for him and for others that it be so. In any case whatever God wanted him to do on earth is finished. He could not have come a bid more of good. He himself had already attained the full maturity which we who care left behind are still struggling to attain. Now, he is in good hands. And so, in faith let us leave him there and not mourn his demise too much. God has taken He will take care of who were left behind if only they would trust in Him." [Oil of Consolation, p. 48].
The author admits with no fear of contradiction that the only absolute permanent healing which is the most beautiful one- is DEATH [fulfillment of all our longing] to be followed by the "super-perfect healing"-in the rupture or resurrection of the body [Cor. 15:34-35; 1 Thes. 4:15-18].
No Need to Know The Cause and the Cure
In Charismatic healing it is God who directly heals through His ministers/instruments. It is not therefore important for the ministers/instruments to know the disease, what causes the disease, how it was contacted or acquired or how it should be healed. In Divine healing it is the direct work of God, the work of the Holy Spirit. In other words, the instruments merely just pray over or lay hands and the sick got healed if God wills him to be well, body and soul.
Initially, the author wanted to be like other instruments involved in healing ministry: pray over and laid hands on the sick after complying the spiritual cleansing and processing procedure. But there was an urging, an inner efforts to touch the sick...with his hands/fingers being guided to the "pain" [misalignment of the body]. Many were cured through re-aligning touch of faith and touch as an alternative method of spiritual healing has been introduced spiritually.
As Biblically written:
"Where the Spirit breathes,
where He wills [John 3:8].
Fortunately, the touch method has guided the author to the various causal points of the various recurring/cancerous diseases that presently been posing as the great puzzlement of science-

The revelatory and controversial contents of this Website are shocking to science and the entire world because their theories are questioned and belittled by Divine healing to be "unscientific", "idiotic" and highly contradictory such as
(1) Science 's " Darwinism"[ evolution] versus science's recent pad- DNA, fertilization ,cloning experiments , bio-technologies, transplant[genetic engineering],etc.
(2) Pollution, passive smoking, environmental and clean air theories of science versus the very established "exchange of gases" in the human body of the medical science.
(3) Science theory of "weakening immunity" caused by dreaded HIV-AIDS victims versus the long lives of some HIV-AIDS carrier[survivors] and the admitted procreative power of HIV-AIDS victims to deliver normal children. Nobody died of HIV for they died of other " viruses."
The Misalignment Theory of the herein Author postulates contradicting views to science and they are irrefutable and incontrovertible as well, when properly and honestly appreciated.
First, All diseases are preventable, predictable, detectable and curable. Science is admittedly otherwise- syndromes in causes and in cure.
Second, cancer is not genetic but "anti-genetic" replacement cells[ immunological problem]. The replacement cells violate Genesis 1:26 because this specific "genetic" Biblical passage is implemented by the immune system of every man. This particular system is the newly- discovered linkage of every man to his Adamic ancestor. Therefore the immune system as first gift of healing to man [natural healing] is irreplaceable, indestructible and non-curable, being the cure itself.
Third, the danger of man in this world is not more carbon dioxide/monoxide, smoke/toxic/polluted elements in the air, but the LACK OF OXYGEN in the air. But its abundance supply is forever assured by earth's flora and its vast ocean, seas, rivers, lakes,etc. Clean air legislations and environmental laws of the world are mooted/rendered "impossible crimes" by Genesis 2:7 [only oxygen enters the lungs] as supported/admitted by "exchange of gases" in science. Can science re-write and expunge the "exchange of gases" in their books? Can pure "oxygen" be combined/adulterated by "unclean" elements [with no characteristic of "liquefying] and be able to enter the human lungs?
Fourth, addiction, criminality, insanity and spirituality [diabolical infestations] are preventable, predictable and curable being caused by "incurable" misalignment of some few special persons [i.e.,curable /treatable by corrective realignment].
Fifth, problems of polluted water/land/air and lack of trees solved by the wind [nature's air-conditioner and world distributor of oxygen and carbon dioxide] and other nature's anti-pollutants: rain, gravity and sunlight.
This Website is a humble attempt to tilt the "unreachable" odds [one against all] in order to clarify and expose science false education which contaminated/mislead/twisted governmental policies on education, health-scare, food-scare, smoking, drinking, pollution, addiction and criminality.
There are always two sides in the conflict: right versus wrong; truth versus falsity; scientific versus the unscientific; possible versus the impossible; fakery versus faith; safe therapy versus the dangerous therapy; expensive versus the inexpensive therapy and so on, ad infinitum.
